The alarm clock rings,
you stay in bed.
Wake up at 7:45,
you gotta be late.
No time for breakfast,
no time for anything.
Rushing,
packing your bag.
Looking at the time,
you gotta be late.
Heart pounding,
hands grabbing,
feet running,
you gotta be late.
running fast,
half awake.
Heart pounding,
face sweating,
don't even think about it.
Slam into a lamp post,
walk into some trash,
you still keep going.
Heart pounding,
face sweating,
feet running, 
until you reach the school. 
Running in the hallways,
reaching your class.
Walking into your class,
you see everyone,
seated.
LATE

Slice Of Life #46 - Going To The Biotech Laboratory In UPM University - This Was Wrote and Published On 18/7/2017

A Person We Met With

My dad was finished with his work, and we was going to go to the UPM university because he wanted to help do something in a company. On the way there, I saw many different laboratory's and also saw many big gates. When we wanted to go in, we saw that the gate was locked but the gate was gate 19!!! When we reached the laboratory, we met up with a person who took us to the place where we would be having the meeting. Inside the laboratory,  I saw a lot of very complicated microscopes and also saw some people doing experiments. At first, we just starting talking about my cousin, Lawrence. They talked about a lot of things and I just started listening. He did his internship in UPM university with a person we was meeting with. After some time, a Chinese Traditional Medicine person came to me and checked my pulse. He said that my stomach was very weak and said that if he has enough time next time he will recommend some medicines to me. After that, we talked a little and then we just said goodbye and went home.

Slice Of Life #45 - The Leiter Test (This Was Wrote And Posted On 11/7/2017)

    It was 8:45 in the morning in Malaysia, and I woke up. I was really excited because I was going to be taking a leiter test for the first time. The I was going to be there for 3 hours because that was normally how long the test took. I was going to go to my mom and dad's brain training center, Your Brain Academy to do the leiter test with a clinical psychology that I knew for a long time. I even chatted with her on hangouts. We went to eat at a Indian shop and then fetched my dad to work and then went to Your Brain Academy. I went to the toilet and then went to drink some water and then started the leiter test. At first, I had to find some things in the picture and then tell the "Examiner" where it was. It was very easy but then it started getting really hard. After that, I got to take a 5 minute break. I did a lot of things in the 5 minute break and then went back to do the test. After that, we did some things with "blocks" and I had to find a pattern. There were some blocks that were blocks to trick you, so not everything was supposed to be included in the pattern. Some of the things were very obvious and some were not so obvious. After that, I had a 1 minute break when I went to the toilet and to refill and drink my water. We then did a few other games that included games with blocks. After that, we then played a game where we had to multitask. There were cards and when we saw a red triangle we had to tap it while we put the red counters in the red box and the yellow counters into the yellow box. It was really hard because I had to just focused on the cards and not the counters. After that, we finished the test some "focusing games". After we did the focusing games, I was done with the test. I only took 2 and a half hours.

Today is America's independence day!!! No, this will not be what I'm talking about today. So if you came here to hear about that, too bad. That's not what I will now be talking about...

Cake!!!!!!!!!!!

Today's my mom's birthday. We usually don't celebrate birthdays just like today. Well we always just go and eat some cake.
Usually I make birthday cards for my mom and today I did, like always. Here is what I wrote for my mom's birthday card.  

Dear Mommy, Happy Birthday!!!

   I wish you a Happy 45th Birthday!!! Thank you for caring for me this whole 9 years, from when you was 36 years old. I now am good at a lot of things, all because of you. You have suffered, and now I would like to thank you. Thank you for helping me this 9 years. Thank you for supporting me for all this 9 years. I really want to thank you for helping me for all this 9 years. Looking back, all this 9 years was a very long way. 9 years of caring for me, cooking for me, raising me, etc. You have really gave me a lot and you also have gave me your very best. You always teach me what to do, what not to do. Good examples, bad examples. Teaching, is not a easy thing to do. Toegether, we have gone a long way. Working hard, sending me to ISKL every day, is not a easy job. But you still went on, you were persistent. Until now, I can say nothing but

Happy Birthday!!!

Tonight, we are going to eat with my mom's friends and probably eat some yummy stuff. I really want to wish my mom a very happy birthday and hopefully she has fun today.

Slice Of Life #43 - Meeting My Grandfather And Grandmother (This Was Wrote From 26/6/2017 - 27/6/2017 But Was Published On 27/6/2017 And This Happened On 25/6/2017)

Killer Energy

    I had woke up, and it was really late - 12:00 in the afternoon. My mom and dad had already planned to go to Kelly Castle in Ipoh. At 2:00, we set off. We stopped to eat and then went to Kelly Castle. Along the way, I read some books such as Horrible Science - Killer Energy

                   The Young Scientists

We stopped at a "Tapah Resthouse" - A really big resthouse  - to go to the toilet. After a hour, we reached Kelly Castle. Here are some things I learned:

• Kellie Castle was supposed to be a place to stay in but Kelly died before it was completed.
• Kellie Castle was a haunted place
• Kellie Castle should have had the very first lift in Malaya (Malaysia was called Malaya in the olden days, before Sabah and Sarawak joined Malaysia / Malaya), but Kelly died on the way to collect the lift.
• Kellie had won many horse races
• Kellie's daughter's and son's room were connected and they even had a secret staircase to use when they wanted to go down
• Kellie's daughter and son had the secret staircase because:

1.  It was going to be a long way to go down from their bedroom if they didn't have the secret staircase
2. For safety reasons

• Kellie had guards guarding Kelly Castle
• Kellie had many guestrooms

  

  I had learned a lot from Kellie Castle. I even recognized a part of Kellie's Castle from a Drama / Movie. When my mom and dad first met, they went to Kellie's Castle. When my dad was small and was a Boy Scout, he went to Kellie's Castle. At that time, they did not have the bridge so my dad had to swim across the river. (At that time my dad did not know how to swim so he had to hold a rope and "Climb" across the river.
    After we went to Kellie's Castle, I went to see my grandfather's factory and where my dad stayed before he moved to his new house (Where my grandfather and grandmother are living now). We then went to my grandfather's and grandmother's house (the present one - the one they are living in). We then went to eat. The food we ate was very yummy. After we went to eat, I said goodbye to my grandparents and then went home. It was a day of fun and exictment.

Slice Of Life #42 - Goodbye, Scotland - Hope To See You Again (This was wrote and published on Wednesday, 21/6/2017 (For Malaysia))

    I don't really know if this counts as a Slice because I am posting this on a Wednesday (In Malaysia) but it is still Tuesday in US. But I came back yesterday (For People In Malaysia) and I was really tired so I couldn't write a slice yesterday. Here are some highlights of what I did in Scotland.

In Scotland, Glasgow - The Most Haunted Place In Scotland - I

• Met My Cousin Sister For A Whole Day And A Half (Almost)
• I Saw My Cousin Sister Doing Ice Skating And Saw Her Ice Skating Exam (She Passed)
• Shared Pizza With My Cousin Sister (The Pizza Was Vegan)
• Went To A Science Fair With My Cousin Sister At Glasgow University (She was very nice and took extra copy's of things there for me. Example: Books, A Balloon, etc)
• Went On A Bus Tour (It Was Called City Sightseeing Glasgow - Hop On And Off) (It Had A Audio Guide For Kids (Golly Glasgow)
• Went To The Science Museum For A Whole Day (Almost)
• I Got A Free Space Magazine
• I Went To See The Show "It's A Gas" (It Was Cool And We Blew Up Some Stuff)
• I Went To See The Show "Wonders Of The Night Sky" In The "Planetarium"
• I Got Introduced To A Website Called Galaxy Zoo When I Asked The Question "Do all galaxies have names?"
• Learned About The Caesar Wheel
• Made A Yacht Out Of Lego And Got 2nd Place (My Yacht Was Called "The Gliding Saucer" And The Exhibit Was On Floor 2 Called  "Make Your Own Yacht")

In Scotland, Edinburgh I

• Went To The Edinburgh Castle
• I Bought A Book
• I Had A Audio Guide
• Went On A Edinburgh Tour
• The Tour Guide Was Gooooooooooooodddd
• Went To See Nessie The Loch Ness Monster
• Went on a boat
• Went On 3 Bus Tours
• City Sightseeing - Hop On And Off (It Had A Audio Guide For Kids (Horrible History's))
• Edinburgh Tours (It Had A Live Guide) (Someone Was Really Rude And Shouted At The Guide)
• Majestic Tours (There Was No Audio Guide For Kids (Horrible History's))

Slice Of Life #41 - Welcome To Scotland!!!!! (13/6/2017)

Currently, I am in Scotland. The time in Scotland is 7 hours slower. I am having a hard time keeping track of the time in Malaysia and that is why I am publishing this slice later than normal. I took a Emirates airlines plane here. They gave me a ton of things. I also transited at Dubai and again, I took a Emirates airlines flight. Hey then gave me even more things to take home. Here are some of the things they gave me 1. 2 Bags 2. 2 Magazines (They Were All The Same 3. 2 Stuff Animals 4. 2 Packs Of Color Pencils 5. 1 "Traveling Card" Currently, I am writing this on a bus so I don't have too much time to write, and so this slice will be shorter than other slices.
